Bio
Bill joined the RTE board in 2004. He has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, focusing on enterprise customer service. Bill is currently the Vice President of Support and Services for RGB Networks. Prior to RGB, Bill was VP of Support and Services for Xsigo. Preceding that he was with Extreme Networks in charge of their Worldwide Support. Before joining Extreme, Bill was with Agile Software as their VP of Customer Service overseeing Support, Education and Hosting Services for customers worldwide. Prior to Agile, Bill served as Chief Information Officer at the NetCare Professional Services Division of Lucent Technologies. Bill is a long time supporter and advocate of RTE.
