2008/2009 Season Dedication

In August, we lost a vibrant member
of our Renegade community.
Nancy Bosley was a true Renegade and active member of the Experiment. She was in the audience
at our very first show and was at almost every RTE function. Her and
her husband Jay helped us not just financially, but through their passionate evangelization of our Renegade mission. She loved bringing new
people to the theatre and exposing them to the wonder of RTE.
Nancy Bosley’s life was taken August 6, 2008 selflessly protecting a
friend in a need. She is greatly missed by all who love her.
Nancy was born November 27, 1944 in Watertown, South Dakota. She grew
up in Fargo, North Dakota with her parents, Paul and Betty Avery and her
sisters Sara and Julie. She graduated from North Dakota State University. She worked in
Seattle and then moved to San Francisco where she married Bill
Thomas and their lovely daughter Blythe was born. She worked for
Western Airlines then retiring from Simmons Mattress Co. Nancy
married the love of her life, Jay Bosley in 1993.
Nancy is survived
by her loving husband Jay, her daughter Blythe, son-in-law Sean,
step-daughters Carrie and Jamie, her beloved grandchildren
Felicia, Cristalina, Fiona, and Cian, sisters Sara and Julie, cherished
nieces Molly and Madeline, her 3 little dogs, and by countless other
family and friends.
Nancy’s passion for living included her family, her spirituality,
friends, animals, and art. Most importantly, Nancy enjoyed her role
as full time grandma extraordinaire. A gifted artist, her work hangs
in the homes of friends, family and others who sought her out. Nancy was always a seeker, she found a spiritual home in the
Church of Religious Science. She was also immensely proud of her
sobriety and had achieved the twenty year milestone.
Given the theme of this season, it is very apropos to dedicate it to
Nancy. She was an individual that helped others overcome adversity
through enlightenment and education. Nancy’s delight for life
will live on in many memories.

Please join us in honoring the legacy of Nancy by making a donation to Next Door, or to a women's shelter of your choice, to ensure that nobody lives in fear and that those who do are protected.
Also, please come to the theatre and honor Nancy's jubilant spirit with your laughter, empathy, and appreciation for life.
